Finished working on the new HUD...

The new heads-up display is done! Well, basically... I'm still dealing with some minor stuff like compass marker positions, and the health bar doesn't work because the player health variables aren't actually part of the game yet - that's something else I've been thinking about adding soon... Colliding into an object, falling from a great height, or running out of oxygen would deplete player health.

Trying to get all the sky values looking good. I also made other arbitrary updates... improved the under-side of water plane, updated height-fog color, updated lens flare, etc.
