Terrain Generation Updates... - Posted on: 5/28/2017   [OrbLands]



I updated the terrain generation process, to add more variety to the terrains.

I'm using another noise-generation script, which uses a sin function. Then, I blend that with the existing terrain heightmap data.

It still needs some smoothing, and I think I can get even more variety by adding more functions and more complex logic, but it looks much better already!
