Made many updates this weekend...

- Added a simple "lens dirt" effect.
- Added triggers for the "wet lens" effect to activate when passing through a waterfall.
- Updated the audio sources for the fourth level (I forgot to finish that).
- Fixed a bug that was present with the "ghost" feature when using the "reset lap" button.

I've also been working on the Menu/Interface, but have no satisfying concepts yet.
