New Darts Game - Posted on: 12/27/2018   [Darts] I got the sudden urge to make a darts game... I built a quick demo in about 1-2 hours just to see if it would be possible. I modeled a dart, attached a rigidbody component, a mouse-look script to aim the dart, and a simple script to apply forces to it. Then I modeled a dartboard with all its separate faces for capturing collision events and scoring. It's not pin-point accurate, but I'm impressed it works so well. I need to test on mobile/android. This could be a really quick 1-player game, but I'll probably start developing it with 2-players in mind. << Back to main news page
