More experimenting with Roystan's grass shader...

I imported water into the scene, turned on some screen fx, and performance isn't great. I'm not sure what the baseline performance for something like this should be. I mean, maybe it runs great on a newer, more powerful computer?

So, basically I'm just experimenting trying to find a good baseline for performance. Then I'd like to try and make a couple more updates and also a way to integrate this as a more practical grass solution.
