Last year I tried to make a terrain-blending shader but I didn't have the experience to do it...

I'm revisiting it and I have gotten a little closer. Now I know how to tile the textures using world space and correctly set global shader variables. But, I'm still having issues with a couple things, so I'm happy to have made some progress but still need more time to learn this, apparently.
