The fake fog shader is already done...

It developed really fast and I'm excited to share it. I tested the shader in Unity 2018 and it works great. Unfortunately I discovered the effect doesn't work with Deferred rendering. But, I think that's common, because the Forward rending path is better suited for this type of effect.

Just doing some cleanup on the package then I'll release this to the public.
