I updated the Gem Shader so it supports Fog and blends better with the water.

The original shader can be found here: https://assetstore.unity.com/packages/vfx/shaders/gem-shader-3

To add fog, I followed these steps from Unity's forum: https://forum.unity.com/threads/official-changing-how-fog-is-done-in-unity-shaders.261217/

I also changed its Render Type to Geometry, instead of Transparent, which makes it blend better when under the water.
